Welcome to the Magic Story Reading Initiative

A literacy and motivation initiative designed to spark a love of reading, build confidence, and empower students to dream big and achieve more.

Created through the collaboration of educator and retired superintendent Dr. Franklin Perry Sr., award winning author Stephanie Perry Moore, and former NFL player Derrick Moore, the initiative combines engaging books, educational entertainment, and motivational experiences that help students grow academically, socially, and personally.

We believe every child deserves the power of a great story. The Magic Story Reading Initiative provides students with books that motivate, educate, and encourage them to reach their full potential in school and in life.
